Founding Partner of GRSM & Associates, Ganesan has had a stint with Wipro and ABB before entering professional practice. He brings with him close to four decades of experience as a Chartered Accountant in the field of Audit & Assurance, Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Company Law and FEMA matters. In addition, he has advised on matters of Import & Export, Bonding, Debonding, FDI, RBI Approvals, and NRI Investments.
Dr. V MADHAVAN
Being a Cost Accountant in addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Madhavan brings over three decades of professional experience in Advisory Services. He is a systems auditor with his DISA & CISA certification. He also holds ICAI’s post qualification certifications in IFRS and Bank Concurrent Audit and is a IBBI registered valuer for asset class Securities or Financial Assets. In addition to his rich experience in Audit & Assurance and Taxation, he is also a visiting faculty with Universities & Institutions.
A RAJGOPAL
Rajgopal is the Firm’s public face. In the past, he has served as Chairman of the Bangalore Branch of ICAI as well as a member of the Southern India Regional Council of ICAI. Having over two decades of experience, he specializes in income tax matters. His repertoire of direct tax services covers advisory on tax planning, transfer pricing, compliance, and representation for assessments and appeals.
V SHANKAR
Having more than two decades of professional experience, Shankar, with his added ICAI’s post qualification certifications in IFRS and GST brings to the Firm his expertise in management services and taxation. He has rich experience in Audit & Assurance which includes pre-audit assignments of large entities and handling personal taxation matters.
GOPALKRISHNA HEGDE
Hegde’s over two decades of professional experience helps him in traversing Indirect Tax matters swiftly and effectively. He holds ICAI’s post qualification certifications in DISA and GST. His forte used to be handling VAT and CST representations in assessments and appeals and takes pride in successfully completing several big-ticket assignments of multinational and large Indian companies. His exposure of erstwhile indirect taxes has seamlessly transcended to handling of GST since its implementation.
NATESH K N
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a young age, Natesh has boosted himself into the tough world of professional practice through his enthusiasm. From handling personal taxation matters of clients to Central Excise (now GST) matters of multinationals, Natesh has wide exposure in handling the clients’ requirements. He holds ICAI’s post qualification certifications in DISA, Bank Concurrent Audit and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection.
RAKESH MADHOGARIA
Rakesh has, through his commitment and dedication over the five years of professional practice, established himself as a specialist in Audit & Assurance and tax compliance. In addition to handling audits of companies following Ind-AS, he handles other Audits and numerous tax filings simultaneously with ease.

The latest entry into the Professional Team at GRSM, Ramya, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, worked with Axis Bank. Her familiarity with the core banking system helps her in the Bank Audit Assignments. She handles internal audits of large companies along with several taxation compliance services. Ramya has completed ICAI's post qualification certifications Bank Concurrent Audit and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection.
